as a solo business owner i hope to provide the best care and services i can ! When orders get pretty busy it can be hard to get your parcels sent out immediately, because of this we allow 1-7 days before dispatch to create your order and pack it ! Please ensure the time frame you purchase and delivery option is accurate for you ! 
when your parcel is sent out , it is in the hands of the delivery service (Royal Mail) with that been said we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels and is something you will have to take up with the delivery service. When your order is shipped out you will recieve a personal email from ourselves providing you with tracking and proof of postage to ensure our service has been completed.
